Connected social accounts (Quartzo Posts)
Quartzo Posts, our publishing tool at postiz.quartzo.ai, only accesses a social account (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and others) after its owner connects it through the platform's own authorization screen. From Google/YouTube we access the channel's basic profile, the videos you choose to upload and their metadata, and analytics of your own videos; from Meta we access the Pages and professional Instagram accounts you select, the posts you publish through us, and their engagement metrics. We use this data only to publish and schedule content you created, show its status and results to you, and reply to comments you choose to manage. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and humans only read it with your consent, for security, or to comply with the law. Access tokens are stored encrypted and removed when you disconnect the account. Quartzo Posts' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. To revoke access, disconnect the channel in Quartzo Posts or remove the app at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or in your Facebook Business Integrations settings. To delete all data we hold from a connected account, email privacy@quartzo.ai with the subject "Data deletion"; we confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
